The circ bar is where my mother recently celebrated her 50th birthday. It has a very modern "cool" bar asthetic to it which is ironically sort of old school and minimal. I think in a world where we strive to be different and interesting, doing what was previously "cool" is very common and again irony strikes as it is then dailuted by all others following this pattern. Also, I like snowmen.

The doors and lock on this abandoned building are What drew me to it. I think it's interesting when clearly unused buildings are under so much lock and key. Somebody obviously owns it, but it's a piece of junk. Why would you go so far to protect something like that.

This building reminded me of the architecture that I saw a while I was in New York. It reminded me of the Endless streets that you could look down forever. It also reminded me of exactly the type of place a hot dog stand might pop up. I like the curb structure of the bricks and the symmetry.

Art to some
I thought this side of the building would be interesting for this assignment because once it is in blue print form art seems to fade away and it becomes just a wall it shows what truly made this wall special was so far after it that no one could have planned for.

These two quarters were interesting to me because of how different they are. One of them is beat up and poorly repaired. The other is beautiful new and covered in art. This Duality was interesting to me, so I photographed it
